1 Introduction & Applicability

3.3 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process. At the time of withdrawal:

Account identity verification must be completed.
The withdrawal method must match the deposit method.
Wagering requirements for bonuses must be met.
tq444 may hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

Standard withdrawal time: 10–45 minutes. This may increase slightly if urgent verification is required.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit at tq444, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. Or depositing ৳14,000 or more gives a ৳8,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

A bonus may only be claimed once per account.
tq444 may cancel a bonus if fraud or bonus abuse is suspected.
Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts is prohibited.
tq444 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.
Advance notice will be given if the terms of a bonus promotion change.

5 Games & Betting Rules

5.1 General Gaming Rules

tq444 offers various types of games including slot games, live casino, fishing games, card games, and sports betting. Each game has its own rules and pay table, which are stated within the game.

5.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. A general example to understand betting markets: you can bet on markets like "who will win" in a Bangladesh vs India match. No claims are made regarding actual match dates, times, or results.

5.3 Technical Errors

Any game round that occurs due to a server or software error will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded. tq444 reserves the right to cancel any winnings obtained by taking advantage of an error.

5.4 Fair Play

tq444 uses software from established game providers to ensure fair play. All games are operated by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which makes every outcome completely independent and unbiased.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tq444 platform:

Creating or operating multiple accounts.
Providing false or incorrect information on an account.
Playing games using automated bots, scripts, or software.
Using any fraudulent strategy to take advantage of bonuses.
Attempting to access another person's account.
Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
Hacking tq444's systems or conducting any other unlawful technical activity.

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.
